Inspired by Reina’s unique brushstroke art, we poured our signature black ink candle. 
As it burns, the wax melts into a silky jet black, mirroring the warm flame across its surface.

Artist Statement:
 
When I moved to Los Angeles, Little Tokyo was one of my first landing spots. I bought a set of incense from NOSTALGIANA in ‘Onsen’ and it has been the scent of my home ever since. 
This scent has carried me through my years here, connecting me to Los Angeles, the Little Tokyo community, and my identity as a nisei Japanese American.
 
I like to start my morning lighting an Onsen incense stick for a few minutes to set the tone for the day. This scent is my favorite because it is earthy, calming, and brings a little serenity to my busy city life.
